Hawai’i is an amazing mix of cultures – Polynesian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Haole (Caucasian mainlanders/tourists) and many others, that have given rise to an even more fascinating culture all its own. Pidgin is a language that arose from many of these influences. This short comic video both pokes fun and pays tribute to the pidgin language of the islands.
